Invocation Our Dear, Dear Motherby Raffi
Our dear, dear Mother, daily provider, earth be your name. The time has come, to honor you, to know you and to show our love.” 1.You give us each day our daily grain, kissed by the sun and kissed by the rain. Teach us now to find a way to care for you in our work and play. Chorus 2.Within the beauty of your silent spin, we know you’re hurting and we feel your pain. With your forgiveness we can start anew. We need a chance to make it up to you. Chorus

Musical Prayer I Went Down to the Ocean to Pray Allison Krauss
Prayerof Confession(in unison) God of Love, We confess that we have not recognized you in everyone, everywhere! You Holy One who are all over the place, down, up, inside and outside, you are as small as cells we cannot see with the human eye to the largeness of distant galaxies. Thank you God for our common home Mother Earth and our place here as interspecies planetary citizens. We ask for forgiveness for thinking and acting small and not radically loving our neighbors. Help us to give up ranking life forms and peoples worth in our minds. We do not know how to purify and heal ourselves of unloving habits and we come to ask for your help. Please purify and heal us that we may experience you everywhere and move into our hearts. We pray for the 150-200 species that die every day in this time of earth genocide/ (Silence)You who we call by many names, you who are the source of all creative life, in all galaxies may we open and attend to you in all life forms. We consent to you, your truth and limitless unconditional love that we may become defenders and lovers of Mother Earth. (Silence)We give thanks for our bodies, minds and spirits and our interconnectedness with all of creation. We give thanks for all nature that is alive and sacred. Amen

Closing PrayerSt. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi Prayer
Make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy, And where there is sadness, joy, joy, joy. God grant that I may not so much seek; To be consoled as to console; To be understood, as to understand; To be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive, It is in pardoning that we pardoned. And it is in dying that we are born, to Eternal Life. Amen, Amen, Amen

Benediction Blessing Song by Miriam Therese Winters
May the blessings of God go before you. May her grace and peace abound. May her spirit live within you. May her love wrap you round. May her blessings remain with you always. May you walk on holy ground.
Invitations: Our current ecologic crisis is a call to awaken to the reverence of life and the truth that all nature is alive and sacred. As we witness the sixth extinction of life on earth, the only one created by us humans, we are invited to reclaim the ancient wisdom traditions. We are one organic, interspecies, interconnected whole. What we do affects everything else. Every Sunday at 5 pm we acknowledge that we need one another more than ever before . We study the wisdom from the East, the West, Indigenous peoples and science. We study the teachings of Jesus and the Bible as well as the newly found gnostic gospels.
